Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days before orders ship. During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Tracking
As soon as your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours.

Vendor & Oversized Items
Some items are shipped directly from our trusted vendor partners’ warehouses. Oversized products or items that ship directly from a brand manufacturer may carry additional shipping fees. Any such fees will be clearly noted at checkout.
