Our standard processing time is 2–3 business days before orders ship. Processing time may vary during peak periods, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at hello@shopallenrose.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Pre-order items will ship during the estimated window noted in the product description. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they’ll ship together once everything is available.
Need your in-stock items sooner? No problem—just email us at hello@shopallenrose.com to request split shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $50+. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $8, or $15 for expedited shipping.

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS First Class or UPS Ground.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is created. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours.
We want you to love everything you order from Allen Rose. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, unless Final Sale is specified at the time of order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
