Return Policy

We have a 7 day return and exchange policy. Within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date of your package, you may contact us to setup your return or exchange.

Refunds will be given under the following terms:

  • Your order was not received
  • If the item is significantly different than described or shown on our site
  • If the item arrived damaged

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. **Please note that all Sale items are considered Final Sale. Final Sale items are ineligible for returns and refunds.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging
  • Any item that is missing parts or damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after confirmed delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that upon initiation of this refund, it may take 3-7 business days to be reflected in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you are awaiting for a refund to be credited into your account, we ask that you please allow up to 7 business days for processing. If more than 7 business days have passed since receipt of the refund being initiated by Allen Rose, please contact you credit card company or bank for more details.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to or during shipment to our customers. If you are interested in exchanging an item for an identical replacement, please contact us at hello@shopallenrose.com

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and should Allen Rose provide you with a return shipping label, the cost of this shipping will be deducted from your refund.
