When will I receive my order?

Turnaround time may vary throughout the year, depending on order volume or other factors. Our current processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. If you need your order by a certain date, please feel free to email us at hello@shopallenrose.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

How are pre-orders handled?

Pre-order items will ship out within the time specified in the product description. Note that if you combine pre-order and in-stock items, we will wait and ship these together. If you would like us to ship the in-stock item sooner, please email us at hello@shopallenrose.com. Separate shipping fees may apply.

How much is shipping?

We offer free first-class shipping on orders amounting to $100+ for domestic U.S. customers. Otherwise, we offer $7 flat rate shipping within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us directly at hello@shopallenrose.com for shipping estimates and assistance placing an International order.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from when they are scanned. An email will automatically be sent to you when your shipping label is created. Tracking information should be updated within 24 hours, and may be accessed through the link provided in your email. 

Can I cancel or refund my order?

We want you to be highly satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about something you ordered, you may send it back for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Clothing items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please email hello@shopallenrose.com with a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return, and we will get back to you within 2 business days. Swimwear, Poppie Toys, Milton & Goose, Banwood, Little Lights, Ellie & Becks and any item purchased with a discount greater than 15% will be considered FINAL SALE. 

What if there is an issue with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please email hello@shopallenrose.com for assistance. In order for us to serve you more efficiently, please include your order number in the subject line. 

Is my payment information secure?

We partner exclusively with Shopify as our payment processing partner. Shopify upholds certified Level 1 Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance with all of its data storage and payment processing infrastructure.
